About National Janitorial Pros
We make commercial cleaning simple for businesses that need the same high standard in every building, in every city.
Our Story
National Janitorial Pros was founded in 2009 by facility managers who were frustrated with the patchwork of local vendors it took to keep a multi-site portfolio clean. Every city meant a new contract, a new checklist and a new set of excuses. We set out to build a single cleaning partner that could deliver consistent, accountable service anywhere in the United States.
Today we coordinate thousands of cleaning visits every week across all 50 states through a network of company crews and rigorously vetted local partners. Every team follows the same training, safety and quality standards, and every client has one account manager who owns the relationship.
Our Standards
- Vetting: National criminal background checks, drug screening and E-Verify for every technician.
- Insurance: $2 million general liability, workers compensation, umbrella coverage and janitorial bonds.
- Training: ISSA-aligned cleaning procedures, OSHA safety, bloodborne pathogen and chemical handling certification.
- Quality control: Digital inspection app with photo verification, scorecards and corrective action tracking.
- Sustainability: Green Seal and EPA Safer Choice products, microfiber systems and HEPA filtration available on every program.
Who We Serve
Corporate offices, medical and dental practices, schools and universities, warehouses and manufacturing plants, retail chains, property management firms, banks, churches and government facilities. If it has a floor and a front door, we have a program for it.
Our Promise
Show up, do the work right and make it easy to verify. If any visit falls short, we return within 24 hours and make it right at no cost. That is the standard we have held since day one.

Trusted by Facility Managers Across the Country
We consolidated 14 office locations in six states under one contract. Same checklist, same reporting, one invoice. It cut our vendor management time in half.
Our clinics need documented disinfection for audits. The crew knows the protocols, logs are always complete, and our patients notice the difference.
They quoted our 120,000 sq ft distribution center in a day and started the following week. Floors have never looked better and the night crew is reliable.
